We take great care in creating, packaging, and shipping our artwork. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Limited Edition Artwork

Many of our artworks are produced in limited quantities. Once a print has sold out, it may not be restocked.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and artwork images before placing your order.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if:

  • You change your mind after purchasing
  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You no longer want the item
  • You entered an incorrect shipping address
  • The colours appear slightly different due to monitor or screen settings

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at lili.crane@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide:

  • A replacement artwork
  • A refund
  • Another remedy required under Australian Consumer Law

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where a product has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, differs significantly from its description, or does not perform as reasonably expected.

Returns Process

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Items must be returned:

  • In their original condition
  • With original packaging where possible
  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
