Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before being shipped. Please read the following information regarding our shipping process.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays.

Orders placed after a shipping day will be included in the next scheduled dispatch.

For example:

  • Orders placed on Monday after dispatch will ship on Thursday.
  • Orders placed on Thursday after dispatch will ship on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and selected shipping option.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates vary depending on your location and the carrier's service.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

From Lili is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Australia Post or courier delays
  • Extreme weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
